CAN MY CUSTOMERS ONLY BUY FROM OUR MENU?

Yes, CannaLogic’s app was specifically designed for your customers to only buy from your dispensary. No more sharing your customers with third-party delivery companies. Own your own app today.

CAN CannaLogic HELP WITH PRODUCT TRAINING OF THE PLATFORM AT MY DISPENSARIES?

Yes, CannaLogic has experts that will fly to your location to train your staff in person.

CAN CannaLogic HELP TO HIRE RESPONSIBLE DRIVERS?

Yes, CannaLogic has the experience to hire qualified and responsible drivers if required. CannaLogic consultants will strongly recommend security protocols and policies for each dispensary, including a security Manuel manual for training.

WHO WILL MAINTAIN THE DAY TO DAY COMPUTER OPERATIONS?

CannaLogic will take care of maintaining the day-to-day computer operations for your dispensary. CannaLogic will provide tech support 24/7 to all dispensary store owners.

HOW DO I TRACK ALL DAILY TRANSACTIONS?

CannaLogic developed a back-end admin panel that allows dispensaries to monitor all transactions. In addition the admin panel has a marketing tool that allows you to communicate with all of your members instantly through your mobile device.

WILL THE MOBILE APP BE AVAILABLE IN APPLE STORE AND GOOGLE PLAY FOR ONLY MY DISPENSARY MEMBERS?

Both Apple and Google Play stores have accepted legal marijuana apps since 2015. CannaLogic’s enterprise license enables us to rebrand the software application to your dispensary brand. Your members will only be able to download your dispensary app.

WILL CannaLogic PROVIDE ONGOING TECH SUPPORT?

Yes, CannaLogic will provide ongoing technical support. We will maintain your servers, hosting, mobile software bug fixes, service requests, software requirements, uploading content, etc. CannaLogic will provide you with your own dedicated support client relations representative.
